Michael Salerno
Michael Salerno is the founder and Managing Principal of Latus Capital, LLC. Mr. Salerno has spent the last decade providing investment and financial advice to prominent entrepreneurial families as well as a number of highly successful private companies, their controlling shareholders and senior executives. He was the founding investment principal and chief investment officer of Select Capital, one of the region's largest private investment management firms. He also served as managing general partner of Select Capital Ventures, a $40 million private equity investment fund. Mr. Salerno has over 15 years experience in all aspects of investment management including public stock, bonds, real estate and private equity. Prior to joining Select, he was a vice president of M&T Bancorp a $40 billion regional bank holding company, and president of its private equity investment subsidiary. He has provided strategic advisory services for companies involved in renewable energy, publishing, media, manufacturing, healthcare and business services and has extensive experience in real estate development and management. Mr. Salerno serves on the board of DC Fabricators, Inc and the Harrisburg Area YMCA as well as the Investment Committee of Murex I, LP an SBA licensed venture capital fund. Johanne Slattery
Johanne Slattery is the Director of Client Services for Latus Capital where she is responsible for providing all phases of client support. Ms. Slattery formerly directed business services for the Pennsylvania Pharmacists Association and prior to that was the business coordinator for the Harrisburg Realtors Association. Laura Martin
Laura Martin is a co founder of Latus Commercial Realty and is Broker of Record. She has over 20 years experience in the central PA marketplace. Prior to joining Latus Capital, Ms. Martin spent 17 years with Select Capital and its predecessors where she was responsible for providing numerous business and investment management services for clients. She was the portfolio manager for a 300,000 square foot investment real estate portfolio consisting of commercial office; retail and specialty use facilities. She directed the acquisition, renovation and management of numerous residential properties. She was responsible for implementing risk management and asset protection strategies for clients. She has received the Certified Property Manager (CPM®) designation from the Institute of Real Estate Managers and is an affiliate of the National Association of Realtors. She is a member of the Greater Harrisburg Association of Realtors (GHAR), Pennsylvania Association of Realtors and the Industrial Commercial and Investment Council through GHAR. Susan Salerno
Susan Salerno is a Communications and Training Consultant at Latus Capital where she is responsible for our client communication and education programs. Formerly she was a training and development consultant with Highmark Corporation, one of the nation's largest health insurance organizations.She held similar positions with TIAA-CREF, a major annuity and pension fund manager in New York City. She is a graduate of Shippensburg University with a BA in Communications and has an MA in Education from New York University.| Contact Susan |
